I've often noted an us/them tone when speaking of the differences between hetero/gay... I actually don't think its as bad as you think. Thats not to say that there aren't places and people that are accepting and tolerant, but I've noticed at the restaurant (for example) that the mix of sexualities isn't a big deal at all. Everyone just hangs out, talks, and parties together like a bunch of friends. Its out there Jerr. Now imagine what a fashion show party is like. So glad you found an untapped new scene.
