Initiated as my pledge son in 1995, Jerry and I have been friends through thick and thin. My friends think he’s gay, and his friends think I’m straight…what can I say, everyone wants us on their team! He likes to analyze other people just as much as I do, so our conversations are usually quite lengthy and fascinating.

Vicky
One of the hardest working Divas I know, Vicky manages to juggle school, work, and family life with grace. I always crack a smile when I think of “The Venga Bus” and the funny sounds she makes when summarizing dialogue in a story!

Deanna
Unfortunately I lost touch with Deanna for a few years after college, but luckily The Core brought us back and I enjoy catching up with her and swapping funny dating stories. Deanna is the one I would make one of those “let’s get married if we’re still single in 20 years” pacts with!

Rich
I met Rich about 10 years ago, although we’ve just recently started hanging out again. Rich has been there to see a side of me that none of my other friends have - the closeted mess. To most of my friends I was straight one day, gay the next. Rich was my friend during the years in between those two days.

Justin
I met Justin a few times over the course of a year or two, and each time forgot who he was because he always looked so different! Justin is the only one I can check out guys with, because our tastes are so similar.

Philip
I met Philip just last year at Justin’s birthday party, and every time I’ve seen him since then I find something new that we have in common. We have a lot of the same opinions, interests and goals, and hanging out with him is always really fun and effortless.

Bernard
I also met Bernard at Justin’s birthday. Although our ideology is different, Bernard is my spiritual match. I enjoy our conversations regarding love, happiness and the various choices we all make.
